Strategy

To achieve the kind of leadership to which Protegys aspires, the Group has adopted a strategy that centres on its presence in all areas of the insurance value chain, from the design of products to their distribution, management and risk-bearing via its insurance company subsidiary.

Since its creation in 1998, the Group has put itself in a position, through both external and organic growth, to propose an attractive, quality service offer in all its areas of business.

In this context, the Protegys Group has focused on the following operational priorities in particular:

- "Product innovation", making us stand out from the competition. We also want to use both traditional and innovative distribution media, from brokerage networks to m-commerce. We also run an international monitoring system so as to be able to continuously integrate new processes or "disruptive" offers.

- "The support given to our network of brokers and partners" is another of our standout factors. We make every effort to ensure our distributors increase their sales and to grow with them. We are a real long-term partner.

The Group's aim is to continue to offer its partners open-architecture insurance solutions enabling them to have all the means at their disposal by using the area that concerns them in our offer.
